Duties of Current Occupation

I have carried a few titles from barn manager and assistant operations manager to barn care specialist and riding instructor. My passion is fine tuning daily operations to ensure maximum health and comfort to the animals.

Equine Work Experience

I have a varied background including a few different business models. I have worked and managed small, private facilities with only a handful of elite sport horses. These facilities are where I have been able to develop the skills needed to work in a sole charge capacity. On the other side of spectrum are the larger, commercial facilities I have managed where we have had upwards of 70 horses. Here I was able to gain the experience in managing a multifaceted team of apprx 15 persons and learned the value and skills needed to operate in a group and team oriented work place. Both sides have taught me irreplaceable skills and I truly don't have a preference for a sole charge position on team. I am valuable in either situation.
