Ranch/farm hand, Equine therapy, Groom

I have been riding recreationally since childhood but never took any formal lessons. I started working in the industry after leaving a career in hospitality. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and I learn very quickly. I have worked as a ranch hand for a family's ranch that I had previously interned for. I was an intern at their hunter jumper barn, where I focused on therapy and also performed general barn chores. I was responsible for feeding and meds, magnawaving and body work, light grooming, and barn upkeep. I also helped out wherever needed, including cleaning stalls and exercise riding. After, I became a lead groom with a private dressage facility. I then began working with a general boarding facility, doing barn chores and horse care. I then became barn manager with a larger dressage facility. Currently, I work with cowboy horses and dairy cattle. I have navigated my equine career with a focus on minimizing stress in order to maximize my contributions.

Natural horsemanship, compassion, eagerness, willingness, endurance, and perseverance are a few of the qualities I carry. I enjoy equine therapy and have experience working with a magnawave and theragun. I also groom and tack.
