-Clean stall and paddocks -Grooming/bathing horses -Helping with upkeep of barn and property -Tacking up horse -Cleaning Tack -Exercising Horses -Feeding -Etc.

Equine Work Experience

I have an abundance of experience working with animals. I have interned with horse trainers, worked in multiple barn settings, cleaning, training, and assisting with necessary tasks. I was on my high school equestrian team from 7th to 12th grade and was captain my senior year. I also have held leadership positions such as secretary, treasurer, and vice president different years in my 4-H club. I have experience as a horse camp counselor, helping campers tacking up, grooming, etc. I have a lot of western riding experience(10+ years), but I have taken English lessons and would consider myself a beginner/intermediate at jumping and dressage.

Specialities

I always hold myself to the highest standards when it comes to work. I do my best to make sure everything is as clean as can be-whether this is stalls, aisles, yard, or the horses themselves. I have mucked stalls for years and am very fast and efficient about it while still doing a good job.

Type of Ride Work

I have 10+ years of riding experience. I have quite a bit of experience riding green and young horses, mostly flat work. I rode mainly western growing up, but as I got older I started taking English lessons. I am a beginner/intermediate at jumping and dressage but am always looking to improve and learn more. I also have some experience with liberty work, bridleless riding, and trail course work.
