Bio
I am a student at Rider University! I took dressage lessons from when I was 8 until when I was 14. I picked up riding lessons again in April 2026. In between, I have volunteered in adaptive riding programs and worked seasonally at lesson barns.Documents
Duties of Current Occupation
Groom- tacking up horses for lessons, sweeping/cleaning, mucking out, feeding, turning out, lunging, etc.
Equine Work Experience
Dressage lessons - included working weekends at the barn during which I helped teach other students to tack up, warmed up horses for my coach, cleaned tack, mucked stalls, turned out, swept, and other regular barn chores Volunteer work - volunteered for an adaptive riding program, helped make grain bags, lunge horses and minis, and assisted in teaching the lessons Lesson barn groom - worked seasonally as a groom at an all-around lesson barn, lunged horses, tacked up for lessons, gave medication, baths, kept barn neat and tidy, and did many other odd jobs
