Trained horses for riding, harness, show, or other work using natural training/gentling methods, and the uniqueness of each horse. Started young horses to work under saddle. Observed horses' physical conditions to detect illness or unhealthy conditions requiring medical care and provided the necessary care.
Contacted veterinarian when needed. Administered prescribed medications. Retrained horses to stop undesirable habits such as kicking, bolting, or resisting bridling or grooming. Responsible for all record-keeping for boarders and horses in training documenting their health, diet, behavior and training progress. I am primarily an English rider but can also ride Western. I don't consider myself a competitive rider at this time. I enjoy riding young horses and teaching them the basics. I do some ring work and light jumping. I've taken many people out for trail rides and am comfortable leading a group of 4-5. I also enjoy natural, bareback riding!

I haven't competed in quite a few years. I have assisted my students at horse shows.
