Equine Work Experience
I grew up riding on the West Coast, learned how to ride as a young kid at a lovely horse therapy/horse rescue barn, where I also volunteered. I rode in and then taught at my local Pony Club as a teen. I worked for an eventing barn in California as a stable hand and show groom. I have no interest in competing, I simply adore horses and they seem to love me, which works out quite well. My true love is taking care of horses but I have also been called a "very talented rider with soft hands and solid seat”. I have a horse, an overgrown GRP/American Sport Pony named Stanley, who is currently living his best life in Wisconsin.
Specialities
Icelandic horses, young horses, hot event horses, high turn out, caring for horses with neurological diseases.
I am also an actor, theater director, and writer with a BFA in drama, believe it or not. So I am very comfortable and charismatic in leadership positions, public speaking, social settings, and communication. I can put on a lil’ show.

Flatwork/Dressage/Jumping/Eventing/Tail/Lesson
