Yard Manager - performed daily chores such as stall cleaning, feeding, vet care, grooming, turn outs, etc. Camp Counselor/Instructor - assisted in summer camps to teach children horse knowledge and taught private lessons for adults in flatwork

I started riding horses when I was 12 years old, and my first job was as a yard manager for my local barn when I was 15 years old. I have worked at multiple training barns since then as a yard manager/camp counselor/instructor, specializing in hunter/jumpers and eventing. I still ride horses on and off, and I have competed multiple times in the past. In high school, I took part in Pony Club where I eventually became a HB in horse management, so I have extensive knowledge when it comes to horses. I gained more hands-on experience with horses in different ways in college including breeding and reproduction. I worked at a breeding farm where I was able to assist with the birth process, and I have trained a foal from birth to yearling age.

I have some experience with stallions, but I have worked with foals from birth until the age of 1 which includes care and training.

I have ridden horses for flatwork, jumping, hunting, and eventing disciplines.

I have competed in hunters and show jumping.
