The farm I manage I care for as if it were my own. The farm owner only checks in from time to time. I take full care of all horses. I handle the vet, farrier, feed, shavings, and make sure the guys know of any issues with all buildings/barn and tractors. It’s my home away from home

All around care for all horses on farm. Keep all horses groomed and work horses in training. Riding as needed and over see farm maintenance employees. Assist farrier and vet as needed. I work with brood mares and babies.

After the farm I managed closed and sold I have been working at a beautiful breeding facility very close to home. I love it here and have a great position but if there is an amazing situation somewhere else I would love the change. I have been riding horses for about 30 years now. I have worked at many farms caring for up to 35 horses at a time. I have owned a horse for many years. My horse now I have had for 17 years. I have many years of equine experience. I would love if housing was provided but only if the housing is off the farm or separate from the barn since I do have a German Shepherd who is your typical shepherd. He is beyond amazing and very loving but doesn’t want any new dog friends. If the housing is affordable in the area I would find a nice house to rent. I have been in Wilmington NC for 24 years now but I am originally from central NJ.would love to stay on the east coast even up north/NJ/NYC area I am looking for a Manager/flat rider/assistant trainer position

If housing is provided I would have to bring all my pets. 7 year old German Shepherd, 4 year old cat, a 25 year old Paint and a 5 year old Arabian mare

I have worked at hunter jumper farms in the past and I am currently the Farm manager at Cedarbrook Arabians in Wilmington NC Would love to learn more about western/ranch/barrels/cutting, but will always have a love for hunters and dressage.
