I have a bachelor's degree from Missouri State's College of Business. I worked as an accountant for many years and am proficient with Quickbooks and bookkeeping. I can help with farm bookkeeping, payroll and tax prep. I can hitch up bumper pulls and goose-necks and drive manual and automatics. I am dependable, knowledgeable, college educated, mature, caring and compassionate. I am friendly, cheerful, optimistic and hard working. I take ownership in my positions held and take pride in my work.

I offer vacation farm sitting services for equestrian estates. I am also currently assistant manager to farm owner/trainer of a full 80 stall training facility. I have over 35 consistent years of equestrian experience.

I grew up riding H/J and was an active member of United States Pony Club as a junior. I have owned my own horses and worked at different stables for the past 36 years. I owned my own farm. I am confident in my abilities. I can see things that need done and do them. Additionally, I have served as a board member on both my local h/j schooling show association and dressage association. Ive acted as liaison for the Jockey Club TIP program in my area. I was accepted as a trainer in 2024 for the Retired Racehorse Project. I can work the arena, set a course or grid, hook up various tractor implements, build cross country fences, I enjoy painting jumps. I pick up any piece of trash I walk by at the farm. I like a place for everything and everything in its place.

I am comfortable handling and working with young stock, stallions and hot/fit horses. Experienced show groom, most recently spent 2 weeks grooming at Arabian National Finals in October 2025. Many years experience with TB broodmares and foals, but they were incentive plan and always foaled out in the state they would race (I would pick them up to come home) I have worked as HR and placed job ads and pre screened applicants, did onboarding, scheduling, training new staff, et cetera.

I have spent the majority of my life sitting on OTTBs. Hunters, jumpers, driving, some unrecognized eventing, lower level dressage, fox hunting and trail riding. I consider myself a strong intermediate rider. I feel I can improve a horse, but I am not brave as I was at one point.

I have mostly shown with our regional hunter/jumper association. I have been limited in my showing because of the expense. I have been to many schooling dressage and h/j shows and unrecognized events. I enjoy fox hunting. I can pack and set up at a show. I am very organized and efficient.
