I spent several years exercising client horses for my most recent trainer, Diana Yeater (located in San Diego). I had the opportunity to ride up to eight horses per day, including green horses, OTTBS and horses with major behavioral issues. I learned to figure out when a horse was in pain (and what part of their body) versus when it was a learned behavior. I am confident jumping up to 1.10 and have developed an accurate eye.

I worked as a backcountry wrangler in Wyoming last summer and led hundreds of guests on group and private rides through the wilderness, prioritizing safety and guest experience. Many guests were advanced riders and went on cantering rides. As a team of four wranglers, we cared for the herd of 120+ horses. We monitored for lameness, evaluated injuries, entertained guests, and successfully started 5 four-year-old Arabians. We took them from untouched in a field to their first canter under saddle (also on trail) in about two months.
