I’ve been out of the premier equestrian business, I’m looking to step back in the professional world. Looking for a barn manager, assistant barn manager, and/or private caretaker position with live in option. I am willing to travel for show season.
Equine Work Experience
Admirable experience in supervising staff and training aspirants in maintaining and riding horses; Exceptional knowledge of stable operations and consumer relationship building, professional understanding of equine management, intermediate ability to ride a horse and always in a professional manner. Skilled to work for extended hours and high stress situations. Ability to perform basic math in processes; Exceptionally self-motivated, personal management, marketing and advertising.
Highly Skilled Equine Business Manager & Head Groom with extensive experience in large professional equine show circuit establishments. Has riding background in Hunter Equitation IHSA Circuit and First Level Dressage IDA competitions. Strongly Knowledgeable of horse behavior, Equine Anatomy, Kinesiology & Biomechanics, first aid delivery, medication administration. Bachelors of Science from Wilson College in Equestrian Studies with a concentration in Business management and English Minor.
