Duties of Current Occupation
Youngstock, backing/beginning under saddle, re-trains (I love teaming up with a first time horse owner Ami on an ottb retrain, for example :) ) coaching group and private lessons, horse care, farm care
Equine Work Experience
30 years: varying disciplines but primarily hunter/jumper, dressage, low-level eventing, and some in-hand showing for breeding inspections/halter shows
and a WONDERFUL assortment of horses along the way
I’ve ridden “history is a total mystery” rescue horses and performance jumper horses back to back
From backyard barns, rescue ranches, and spectacular facilities with Grand Prix coaches, I have had the profound pleasure of getting to learn from a wide array of incredible horse people, and working with WONDERFUL horses in a dazzling variety; it has been an honor AND a joy
I am super excited to see what may come next!! (I really am; I’m still a goofy horse kid at heart, just in a muchhhh older body haha, I hope I’ll always be this dorky about it :) )
