Duties of Current Occupation
I have experience working as an exercise rider and experience working as a show groom. I am looking to further my skills in equine massage and body work.
Equine Work Experience
3 years barn managing at a small hunter jumper sales barn. Experience as a show groom at WEF. Experience teaching flat lessons, beginner lessons (up to 2'6" courses), and summer camp (group settings). Experience with thoroughbred yearling prep for August sales. Ottb retraining. Rehabbing horses from injury.
Specialities
I am a confident rider who will ride any safe horse and can get along with a wide variety of horses. I am small enough to fit on ponies. I enjoy all aspects of horsemanship. I am interested in equine massage, I have completed human massage therapy schooling and have plans to take classes in equine massage.
Type of Ride Work
I am comfortable jumping courses of 1.10-1.15. I am comfortable with young horses and green horses and I can fit on ponies.
