I would love to find a place where I can advance my riding, training, and instructing. I love to learn and can pick things up pretty quick.Qualifications
While I worked at a ranch in 2021-2022 I was apart of their gap year program. Included with the gap year program I took equine science classes, nutrition classes, basic first-aid and horse care classes.

Duties of Current Occupation
I have mucked plenty of stalls, done chores, basic horse first-aid, training, schooled horses, show jumped, taught riding lessons (english and western, beginner to intermediate lessons), barn manager, assistant trainer.
Equine Work Experience
I have ridden English since 2018, I have ridden wester for a year. I show jumped for two years up to 2ft 3in. I volunteered at a therapy barn for 3 years in high school doing stable chores and being a side and lead walker. In 2021-22 I worked at a ranch where I spent a lot of time riding english and western. I schooled horses, did some ground training and training from the saddle. Over the summer of 2022 I taught english and western riding lessons to kids for 6 weeks. In 2023-2024 I was a barn manager, assistant trainer and riding instructor at JH Performance Horses. 2025-2026 I have been a riding instructor for a barn teaching english and western lessons.
Specialities
I am hard-working and organized. I have worked with many different horses at different stages, from green horses to saddle broke horses, english and western. I have worked some with foals and worked in the barn at a summer camp teaching riding lessons. I have experience as a barn manager with others working under me. I love to learn and would like to find a job where I continue my training, riding, and instructing.
Type of Ride Work
I have worked with horses at various stages. I have worked some with problem horses, green horses as well as more experienced horses. I have done flat work and jumping. I have reining and cowhorse experience.
Competition Details
I competed at english horse shows for two years. Part of that time I was in the long-stirrup classes. I did multiple flat classes and jumping classes at each show. The highest I jumped at shows was 18 inches. I went to lots of AQHA shows with one of the barns I worked at, I showed some at them but was mainly there to help things go smoothly for clients and take care of horses.
