Bio
I have been working in the industry in the United States for 15 years and am looking to relocate to Spain. My husband and I were married this September and he is from La Rioja. I have successes through 1,20 and vet/fei knowledge, as well as hauling.Documents
Duties of Current Occupation
I have done all facets of the job from grooming to driving trailers to managing large commercial programs. My talents however are with coaching, riding young and difficult horses, ponies because I am small, and running a successful horse show.
Equine Work Experience
I have worked near all parts of the industry and have had the privilege of working with and learning from some really talented professionals. I have worked very closely with our performance vets and have gained an extensive knowledge of care as well as drug rules. I am comfortable with both IV and IM injection, all types of wrapping, and have experience barefoot trimming and pulling shoes.
Specialities
I have worked with stallions, foaling mares and everything in between. My passion lies in difficult horses but I generally have a soft confident hand with all horses. And I work well in a team both as a leader and in supporting roles.
Type of Ride Work
I have had classical dressage training as well as three day event riding, but my primary experience is as a show jumping rider.
Competition Details
Successes through 1,20 and 3’3” performance hunters as well as derbies. I am small enough to show ponies and have competed all up and down the east coast of the United States.
