I have my Bachelors in Zoo and Wildlife Biology with a focus on animal husbandry.

Tack up, cool down, groom, basic medical care, diet preparation, hold for vet/farrier, turn in/out, bandaging, limited clip/trim experience, lunging, groundwork, natural horsemanship.

I have worked for therapeutic riding programs, boarding schools, private family farms, and boarding stables. Disciplines that I have worked in include western pleasure, barrel racing, saddle seat, hunter/jumper, and more. Because of my degree and my background I am usually point of contact for vet/farrier and thrive in that role.

Equine health and care is my main focus. I want to ensure that each and every horse/pony is able to live its best life at your facility. No two animals are alike and because of that, they all deserve their own personal care. I have experience with show horses, youngstock, a variety of other farm animals, and have assistant manager experience. I also have several years of heavy equipment experience.

Riding is not my main focus but I took four years of saddleseat lessons during high school and college. I am accustomed to tacking up for saddleseat, hunter/jumper, and western.

I have done some show grooming but my main focus is usually a home groom position.
