Equine Work Experience
I have nearly 20 years of equestrian experience, beginning in Western riding before transitioning to hunters and jumpers. I have competed up to 1.10m and rode at the Open level on my university's IHSA equestrian team. I have worked at professional hunter/jumper barns, exercising up to 15–20 horses, including green and experienced horses, and assisting with their training and daily care. I am currently bringing along a four-year-old hunter prospect, focusing on developing a strong foundation in flatwork and jumping. My experience also includes grooming, preparing horses for competitions, assisting at horse shows, and teaching beginner riders.
