Duties of Current Occupation

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a horse farm, stable, and riding facility. Ensure the safety and satisfaction of staff, clients, and visitors. Coordinate, supervise, train, evaluate, and recognize barn team members.

Equine Work Experience

I have worked with a wide range of horses for the past six years, from rescue horses to high-level show horses. I personally adopted and retrained my own horse, starting from the ground up due to a history of severe abuse. She presented with significant anxiety and reactivity and was extremely sensitive to stimuli. Through consistent, calm, and structured handling, I developed her trust and responsiveness. I am highly confident working with anxious, reactive, and high-strung horses and maintain a calm, controlled demeanor in high-stress situations.

Specialities

I have experience working with foals, stallions, and broodmares. I assisted with the delivery of two foals, including one dystocia requiring hands-on intervention. The delivery was successfully managed, resulting in a viable foal and a healthy mare with no post-foaling complications.
