Working in a professional equestrian environment I have held managerial positions in: Human Resources: managing up to 230 people with different positions and levels Security: for riding school facilities, for facilities in national and international competition and horse farms Operations: short, medium and long term to achieve the annual targets, in sports, tourism, therapies and riding school Academic and education: projects, programs, planning, execution and supervision of teaching and learning activities in equestrian environment Logistics: development of the logistics cycle in the equestrian environment covering the specialties of: transport, communications, nursing, food, hospitality, Warehouses: carried out through the activities of reception, classification, location, inventory control, warehouse maintenance and distribution. Yard and Farm: private and public, from low capacity stables (20 horses and 3 arenas) to large capacity stables (350 horses 6 arenas)
