I am a BHS-trained instructor with classical influences and a keen interest in eventing. I teach all levels and have an aptitude for explaining terms. I work with all types of horses, particularly schooling them for the riding school and livery environment. I have often received comments on how 'rideable' the horses that I train are. Horse and rider biomechanics is a particular area of interest to me, as is all aspects of training. I also train for Progressive Riding Tests and BHS stages.

Any - I am always looking to progress in any area of my riding. I excel at schooling horses for other riders. I am not the kind of rider to get on and try to make the horse look pretty but I will school the horse so it is straight, supple and carrying itself thus being easier for others to ride and improve the horse's way of going.

Mainly in New Zealand on horses I re-schooled: In 2005 started competing own horse - placed at each show - dressage (Novice), ring classes, XC (to 95cm), show hunter (to 1m). Some reg. dressage classes, placed in Rising Star classes at NZ HOYS Introduced youngster to shows - low level dressage and low show hunter, practice days 2011 - 2nd horse, showing (placed nationals), dressage (Novice musical, Elementary), SJ to 1m.
