Area depending I would ideally require accommodation for both myself and my 14.1hh gelding. A field with shelter would be fine as he is happy to live out on good grazing .
The only qualification I have is a first aid day course I attended . I am currently working towards anot equine psychology diploma
Duties of Current Occupation
My current job is a support worker for disabled and underprivileged young people . I work closely with the students to teach them about the care of a variety of animals at the farm. I work with many animals although my specialism is with horses.
Equine Work Experience
I currently work on a farm 5 days a week with horses . I am responsible for the care of the animals on the farm daily and to ensure the yard is clean and tidy. Previously to my current job I worked in America for 3 months.2 months of my time in America was spent as a groom for dressage rider who's ambition was to combine dressage and natural horsemanship . My last month in America was spent assisting and training from Lyndsey Fitch ( ex Parelli professional) . As well as my working experience I have owned and loaned for over 10 years
My passion and skills are with working with problem horses mainly using natural horsemanship methods. I am a hard working individual who is passionate about the treatment and care of horses and ponies.
Type of Ride Work
I ride my pony in a variety of styles . I ride both English and western . I have more recently started jumping .
Am happy and comfortable to ride bitless and have done so in and variety of equipment.
