We are a small event yard ranging from 10-13 horses. Facilities include:

• 60x40m outdoor all weather arena
• grass dressage arena/jumping
• 5 horse, covered horse walker
• Solarium and warm water wash bay
• Heated tack room with tea and coffee facilities
• 12 large post and rail paddocks and 3 smaller post and rail paddocks
• 7.5t lorry & 4.5t lorry
• Designated onsite living in separate, purpose built hi spec 1 bed flat
• Owners on site
