Groom / Rider / Family Help - Sole Charge
Sole charge equestrian position (85% of role) covering all aspects of care for 4 super competition horses and 2 retired horses (mostly live out). Family help (15% of role) to include feeding and care for family dogs and providing lifts to school/station for owners teenage children. 35 hours spread over 6 days (flexible day off). Would suit a sympathetic experienced rider who enjoys schooling, hacking and jumping. Riding ability (guide) from BHS stage 3 and above or Novice level dressage.

Great opportunity - Small family yard (Showjuming)
Part-time groom -Small family yard, to provide day-to-day care and grooming of our 4 ponies and 2 horses whilst maintaining a clean and tidy yard, and paddocks. Duties to include mucking out, grooming, clipping, plaiting, attending shows, riding (14.2, 15h and 16), lunging, management, and ordering of supplies and general care of the ponies. We are a National Hunt Racing Yard, based in West Dorset.
We have 40 horses in training, and have a friendly working environment. We have excellent facilities, a large indoor school, and we are a mile from the gallops. We have on site accomodation, or a house in a local village with all amenities.
Our horses travel all over the country to go racing - but mainly in the South or Midlands. We send horses to all the big jumps meetings including Cheltenham and Aintree.
