We are a small yard of mostly close friends, set up in a private home environment so very quiet. We are behind Kent Equine Hospital and neighbours to David Rumsey Dressage (Scragged Oak Stays). Our local hacking is excellent as mostly woodland trust. Hacking distance to the areas main competition centre Cobham Manor Events which is also run by me.

We have an indoor barn with 9 horses and a courtyard block over the road that can take 5 horses. The property owners retired horse is also over the road.
The horses are a mix of ridden and non ridden. We have a floodlit 40mx20m rubber/sand arena, cosy log cabin with toilet & tackroom, approx 8-9 acres split into small paddocks.

We are a non profit making yard on purpose and split all extra costs of anything we need to make the yard run smoothly or any the horses need.

The yard is layed out in such a way that it is easily accessible and easy to run.
