Skilled Summers Ltd is a UK-based international recruitment and placement agency specialising in sourcing experienced equestrian professionals, riding instructors, stable staff, camp counsellors, and outdoor education staff for employers worldwide. We work with a network of accredited equestrian centres, riding camps, summer camps, ranches, and outdoor activity providers across the USA, and Canada.
Through our extensive recruitment process, we connect employers with carefully screened candidates who possess relevant equestrian qualifications, horse care experience, teaching ability, and a strong work ethic. All candidates undergo interviews, reference checks, and suitability assessments before being presented to employers.
We offer temporary summer positions from 9-24 weeks between May and September, all positions are paid and inclusive of food, accommodation, insurance and J1 work visa.
