Are you a strategic leader with a passion for equestrian sports and community development? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Equestrian Centre Manager to lead the operations, strategy, and community engagement of our thriving Equestrian Centre (EC). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a respected centre with a strong reputation in education, horsemanship, and competitive riding.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Business Development
- Drive key programs such as school holiday initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities
- Marketing and Community Engagement
- Collaborate with enrolments to attract new students
- Lead EC branding, digital presence, and event promotions
- Foster an informed, engaged EC community
Operational Management
- Design and implement effective workflows, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure smooth, cost-effective day-to-day operations across all EC programs
- Team Leadership, HR, recruitment, development, and performance of all EC staff
- Build and maintain a cohesive, high-performing team culture
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and student cost recovery
- Report regularly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Program and Facility Quality
- Ensure high standards across lessons, clinics, and agistment services
- Oversee recruitment and evaluation of coaching staff
- Maintain clean, safe, and operational facilities with ongoing maintenance and improvement projects
