STUD ASSISTANT

We are looking for a keen and capable person who has an eye for detail, is well presented, confident and efficient in their work.

We have a medium sized dressage training centre and warmblood breeding program with around 10-15 horses in work and 4 stallions standing at stud. Each season we have between 10-15 foals and use either AI or Embryo Transfer.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the farm.

The job will suit someone who has a keen interest in dressage horses.

Skills and knowledge of breeding and AI techniques are an advantage, but can be developed.

There could be riding opportunities for the right applicant, and the prospect of bringing your own horse.

We generally operate on a 6 day week but this can be discussed per applicant.

The remuneration package is relevant to the award wage and scaled with the applicant’s experience.

We can provide the successful applicant a live-in position if they require this.

A detailed and comprehensive remuneration package can be discussed upon application.
