One of Europe’s leading Arabian horse breeding and training centers. Our facility is home to some of the world’s most prestigious Arabian horses. We are looking for a practical, physically active and motivated Groom & Farm Hand to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position is ideal for someone who has basic experience with horses, enjoys practical and outdoor work, and is eager to learn and develop within a professional equine environment. Extensive grooming experience is not required — the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are most important. Responsibilities:

• Daily basic care of horses (feeding, grooming and mucking out)
• Cleaning and maintaining stables, paddocks and farm areas
• Supporting the team with general day-to-day farm duties.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and small repair jobs
• Assisting with moving equipment, materials, feed and supplies
• Operating small farm machinery and equipment Candidate Profile:
• Some previous hands-on experience with horses and confidence around them.
• No extensive professional groom experience required.
• Physically fit, strong and comfortable with active/manual work.
• Practical and hands-on, with an interest or basic ability in maintenance and repairs.
• Comfortable learning to use small farm machinery and equipment.
• Hardworking, reliable and willing to help wherever needed.
• Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good spoken English.
