We are looking for a reliable and practical Stable & Property Maintenance Worker to join our private horse property near Lasne, Belgium.

This is primarily a hands-on property and grounds role, combined with confident daily horse handling. Main duties include garden and grounds maintenance (mowing, hedge trimming, leaf clearing), paddocks, fences, pathways, stable surroundings, manure handling, hay and straw, machinery, and small practical repairs.

You must also be confident safely bringing horses in and out, turning them out, changing rugs, assisting with feeding and helping with the daily stable routine when needed.

You will work alongside an experienced senior stable professional responsible for the horses' detailed care and stable organisation.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. A comfortable, bright and fully furnished private apartment is available on site.

A valid driving licence is essential.

Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in Belgium. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work-permit applications.

Previous practical experience with horses and confidence handling them safely are required. Experience in grounds, garden, farm or property maintenance is essential. Experience with tractors, loaders or agricultural machinery is a strong advantage.
