Equestrian center “Lazy Horse” is a purpose built 25 horse facility with 3 outdoor arenas+lungeing ring+turnout. We are a Riding holidays center, set in a beautiful nature, as well as a busy riding school providing instructions from beginner to advanced level and a successful SJ and dressage competitive stable (Awarded “Best overall club in 2021 in Bosnia and Herzegovina” in Olympic disciplines. The job would consist of: taking groups of 6 - 8 riders for trails, including base riding and trail rides up to 5 days; ensuring that the horses are at the optimal state of fitness/health for the trails (decide and implement additional exercise/rest as needed); taking care of horses health and wellbeing; communicating and actively engaging with clients; providing a safe and pleasurable riding experience to clients; airport transfers for clients; participate in other client activities (guided city tour, spa day etc.); liaising with vet/farrier/clients/other members of staff; preparing and caring for the tack and other trail equipment; tackle other occasional duties as required by the circumstances etc. www.horseholidaysbosnia.com

In addition to being skilled at the areas mentioned above, we would expect you to be a consummate and dedicated Horseman/woman; highly motivated and flexible; responsible, reliable and well organized; capable of working both independently and as a part of the team; excellent, customer oriented communicator, with excellent people skills; positive, tidy and disciplined; able to problem solve; always putting the horse first (the health and well-being of our horses is extremely important to us - most of them happily work both as school horses and sports horses, and we see them as an integral part of the team).
