Vefele’s Equine Partnerships is expanding its business and has a requirement for a positive, energetic rider looking to develop and improve their equestrian skills while learning the business of dressage training and coaching. We are looking for someone to help grow the business and share in the success that develops. We are interested in a long-term commitment to the right person which will enable both the business and the rider to experience success well into the future. Duties (but not limited to)
- Clean barn as needed
- Tack up/down before and after each training session
- Take notes and summaries of each training session including progress, complications, and expectation
- Transcribe these notes, file and organize them
- Review training sessions with management at end of day to provide feedback and guidance for future development
- Interact with clients as needed
- Exercise horses
- Horse handling including using eurowalker, batheing, hand walking, lunging
- Show grooming
- Additional responsibilities will apply as you mature with the role You Are

- Able to lift at least 50lbs Our services range from basic coaching in riding and horsemanship to advance instruction in Dressage and Working Equitation. We cater to riders from all disciplines, providing quality training to all breeds of horses at any level. We also support rehabilitative services and will work with designated veterinarians to get our client's horses back in the ring or on the trail.
