We are looking for a groom to join our team for the winter season in Wellington, Florida You will work with top horses in a professional, fast-paced environment and be part of a dedicated high-performance program.

Requirements:

• Confident handling fit, high-level dressage horses • Clipping, braiding, show prep • Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative • Positive attitude, team player • Must have valid passport for travel and be able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities: • Daily grooming and horse care • Tacking/untacking, preparing horses for training • Managing turnout, hand-walking, therapies, bandaging • Show prep: braiding, studs, ring schedule • Maintaining a tidy barn, tack, and equipment

Shared living with one other person.
