We are a dedicated ethological stable seeking a talented and compassionate horsewoman to join our team. Our philosophy centers around understanding the horse's natural behavior, building trust, and fostering respectful communication at every stage of training.
Position Overview: The successful candidate will work primarily with horses in training or starting under saddle (starting and re-education). You will be responsible for their handling, groundwork, and ridden work, following our soft, horse-centered approach. This includes groundwork, confidence-building, respectful starting, and light ridden training tailored to each individual horse.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident, patient, and sensitive rider with strong experience in groundwork and starting young or green horses.
A deep understanding of horse behavior and a commitment to working without force or fear.
Someone physically fit, responsible, and able to work independently while respecting the stable's values.
A passion for equine well-being and continuous learning.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in liberty work, bitless riding, and/or classical dressage is a plus.
Ability to adapt to different types of horses with calm and clarity.
Previous work in a similar setting or under an ethological trainer preferred but not required.
We Offer:
A supportive environment focused on ethical horsemanship.
Opportunities to grow your skills with a wide range of horses.
A chance to be part of a mission that prioritizes equine respect and partnership.
If you’re passionate about training horses the right way—with patience, trust, and understanding—this could be the place for you.

Anthropologist by training, passionate rider since childhood, I was quickly won over by the popular and poetic vision of the Amerindian peoples, often respected as whisperers. This so-called ethological practice is all the more relevant today when it comes to confronting horse riding with the challenges of the Anthropocene. Thus, the rider no longer positions himself solely as a knower, holder of knowledge, but indeed as a companion in learning, connoisseur of the physiological needs of the animal and concerned about the way in which the latter learns. Training becomes collaborative work. This relationship of trust between man and horse is also a social catalyst, allowing man to better understand a globalized society. Working with horses teaches us the basic structures of relationships (fear, stress, relaxation, etc.), thus promoting concentration on "what matters" in the relationship of humans to the world. Thus, I specialize in ethological riding.
