We run a family-owned stud farm specializing in the breeding of dressage warmblood horses. About 10-15 foals are born every year. The horse population is made up of approx. 60 of our own horses and boarding animals and consists mainly of broodmares, foals and rearing horses. The young horses are further trained and promoted for tests, shows and championships. Typical tasks include assisting with daily stable work and feeding, regular horse care, attending vet and farrier appointments, taking horses out to paddocks & pastures, assisting with insemination management / birth control, teaching foals, presenting horses for breeding shows and marketing, pasture management / grassland care, pasture fencing, depending on capabilities also riding and breaking in young horses.
