About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious dressage rider to join our professional team near Hamburg. The position focuses on the training and competition presentation of highly promising young dressage horses. The right candidate will have experience in riding young horses and the ability to present them successfully at competitions and championships.
Your Responsibilities:
Daily training of talented young dressage horses
Preparing and presenting horses at competitions, young horse classes, and championships
Working closely with the training team to support the horses’ development
Maintaining the highest standards in horse care and presentation
What We’re Looking For:
A skilled and talented rider with proven experience riding and competing young dressage horses
Someone with ambition and drive to grow professionally in the sport
A confident, calm, and professional presence around high-quality horses
English fluency required; German is a plus but not mandatory
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.5 hours/day
Saturday: 5 hours

For daily training, the property includes a large indoor arena with excellent footing, a full-size outdoor dressage arena, and a covered walker. Horses benefit from daily turnout in well-kept paddocks and pastures, and a calm, structured atmosphere supports both horse and rider development.
