We are looking for an experienced young horse rider to train 3 of our youngstock horses (3 and 4 yo). It is a part time job (5 h/day, 5 days/week), offering flexibility for private studies, sightseeing or another work. Our yard is set up in a beautyful area in the north of germany, the next town Kiel is 12 km away, with the bike 25 min. The horses you will train are bred by ourselves out of irish mares with different stallions (P.R.E., Trakhener, Holsteiner, see pictures). The horses are very well prepared on the ground and have a lovely temperament. The 4 yo is broken and riding, the two 3 yo are now to be broken in. We want them to have a consistent and systematic training with dressage, riding out in the country and jumping. You should have some experience in starting young horses in these disciplines. You will work 5 h in the morning to train all 3 horses, the rest of the day and weekends are off. We can mutually change the working hours or days if required.

Open minded, teamplayer, good attitude, friendly. Not more than 65 kg.

You will live on your own in a small romantic House with thatched Roof with all devices (cooking, fridge, Microwave) and extras (W-Lan, Power, garbage etc.) included. You will be part of of small semi-professional stud with family atmosphere. We are very experienced in horsemanship skills and you can profit from our handling skills underway or take lessons. You will stay in a truly beautifull place in your own house.
