We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stud Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our established thoroughbred breeding farm. This is a key leadership role suited for a hands-on, knowledgeable horse professional with a strong background in managing stallions, broodmares, foals, and yearlings.

🐴 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all breeding operations, including stallion handling, coverings, foaling, and weaning

Ensure high standards of horse care, health, and welfare

Coordinate veterinary and farrier schedules and maintain health records

Maintain paddocks, stables, equipment, and farm infrastructure

Assist with sales preparation and yearling management

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Report directly to the owner and liaise with clients, veterinarians, and transporters as needed

✅ Requirements: Proven experience in stud farm management, particularly with thoroughbreds

Confident and competent handling of stallions and foals

Excellent horse husbandry and breeding knowledge

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Proficient in record-keeping and scheduling

Current driver’s license
