📌 About the Role: We’re seeking a rider with deep experience in young horse development, from flatwork to early show preparation. You will ride quality sport horses with top pedigrees in a supportive, professional environment geared toward long-term success in international competition.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Ride, educate, and prepare young showjumpers (4–7 years old) • Daily flatwork, gymnastic jumping, and fitness routines • Monitor development and communicate progress to trainers/owners • Assist at training shows or competitions as needed • Work in synergy with grooms and vet/farrier teams

✅ Ideal Profile: • Proven results with young horses (stallion test, YH championships, etc.) • Skilled, soft-handed rider with strong flatwork foundation • Focused on producing confident and sound horses • Positive mindset, discretion, and team-first attitude • Strong communication and adaptability in international setups • English required; other languages are welcome
