(ONLY EU APPLICANTS) We are searching for a Guide /Instructor with experience in leading groups in the open countryside and teaching beginners up to medium level in the riding school.
Taking care of our horses and training them when needed.
We have 20 horses right now. They are all kept in big paddocks around the castle all year round therefore not much mucking out. We also have 5 boxes but just for horses with health problems or special needs but they are hardly used therefore not much mucking out with us.
Good PR skills are required with our clients. It is also quite important that this person is capable of working in team with other people. We require someone with a good deal of solid experience and a minimum age of 25.
Flexibility and respect are very important in a family run business Regarding spoken language of course the person we need is required to speak fluent English. You must be able to teach\lead people of all ages in the open countryside and be responsible for the well-being and safety of the horses and the riders.
An experienced rider is essential. Someone that knows his job if a horse needs to be trained or to correct his defects beside from time dedicated to riders. Our castle is our home and our horses are our friends so we require a friendly happy person who loves the job as much as we do.
Food is included a Kitchen is always available. In your time off (once a week) you can enjoy all the facilities our complex has to offer such as our swimming pool. But We are in a beautiful area with plenty to visit around and we are only 9km away from Lake Bolsena.
You will be provided a beautiful and comfortable bedroom in the castle in a warm family environment with free wifi.

Our castle is in the middle of a very old estate in southern Tuscany , years ago it was restored and turned into a comfortable holiday resort with a riding school\hacking centre . Our main activity is leading our guests in the enchanting countryside around the castle or teaching them in the arena. Our clients riders are mainly from English speaking countries, in general from Northern Europe . We do riding holidays. We have 15 horses , 1 jumping sand arena, 1 flatwork sand arena , multiple paddocks, 5 boxes .Fantastic unspoiled countryside for hacking all around us. 23 bedrooms , restaurant ,tennis court .Mini football pitch, Swimming pool ,Lake bolsena 8km away .
