 Assist in the design and development of the lessons scheduling  Assist in the design and development of workshops, clinics, and competitions  Assist in the allocation of horses to lessons' schedules as needed  Assist in the allocation of arenas to lessons' schedules as needed  Participate in the EEO horses training and development  Participate in the daily lesson’s instructions  Coach and guide students  Participate in the implementation of EEO workshops, clinics, competitions, and any other events  Participate in the periodical students' performance evaluation  Ensure the proper use of instructing materials, tools, and equipment  Ensure that students are presentable and comply with the safe and professional dress code  Ensure compliance with all QF and Al Shaqab safety requirements  Ensure proper compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of operations  Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
