Trekking Groom Groom/Au Pair Endurance Rider English Rider Working Student

Only experienced riders for a variety of horse-related activities such as exercising horses, guiding and co-guiding trail-rides, lecturing beginners, lunging, horses riding for children, etc.

We are looking for some additional help starting from end of June 2026 till the middle of August 2026. You will be back-up guiding the week-long trails/centre-based programs and guiding/back-up guiding smaller groups with individual guests.

Perfect place for people that love to be on a horse in nature.

Minimum age: 18.

We offer free food and lodging.

    I had a great time as a 'horse au pair' at Equus Silvania. Nice people, great horses, beautiful landscapes... all in all a very nice experience. Communication when getting to know each other went well and when I arrived in Romania everything was as promised/expected. The job was varied and I got to know a lot of people and got to speak different languages.
