We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Dressage Groom to join our team as our much-loved current groom is retiring. This is a rare opportunity to step into a long-term, well-respected role with beautifully trained dressage horses. Three competition horses competing medium to Grand Prix and one semi-retired.

✨ THE ROLE ✅ Care of a small, high level team of dressage horses ✅ Turnout to 5* standard (plaiting, clipping, etc.) ✅ General yard duties, keeping things running smoothly ✅ Sole charge when needed ✅ Prepping for training + shows ✅ Attend High Profile, CDI and Premier League shows ✅ Opportunity to travel internationally to competitions

YOU ARE 🐴 Genuinely passionate about horse care and welfare 💪 Calm, capable, and confident with fit horses 🧼 Detail-driven + take pride in your work 🔥 Self-motivated with a great attitude 🚗 Current drivers license(HGV a bonus!)
