Hambro Sport Horses are looking for a motivated, competent, full-time yard manager/ head groom to join our team in Bedfordshire. This is a five and a half days per week role, with paid holiday and pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on with a high attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Daily care of both competition horses as well as broodmares and youngstock Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment Manage other grooms and assist riders when required

Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of two years working in a professional yard manager or head groom role, ideally within an eventing or stud environment Excellent horse handling and grooming skills A knowledge of common injuries and prevention A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of organisation Confident in handling both young and competition horses Driving license and the desire to take your HGV license if not already obtained Positive, hardworking attitude and a love for horses! This role can be a non riding or a riding role Eligibility to live and work in the UK

This role can also be purely stud related or competition related only
