We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and professional, seasoned, responsible horse person to work on a happy and fun yard with a mix of fit, quality competition horses, all the way to small ridden ponies for our small and bespoke riding school. You must be familiar and efficient with all aspects of working on a busy commercial yard. You must have common sense, horse sense and enjoy working with horses. This is for a professional horse person with an understanding of client satisfaction and delivery of quality services with the care and attention of the horses welfare paramount. You must be a capable rider and understand how to school a horse on the flat, take direction and follow instruction. This is a long term position with many opportunities for furthering qualifications and competing if so desired.
Requirements
BHS exams or equivalent are an advantage. If you are a coach this is also an advantage although not necessary. You must have English as your first language and be working legally in the UK ( no visas available) You must be a car driver and have a car. No pets or horses I am afraid. Living in is only for single female occupants, local accommodation can be found easily and help with this will be given plus relocation package refunded after a successful probation period.

A very warm, onsite, comfortable shared 4 bedroom barn conversion, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen diner. All utility bills paid and a small accommodation offset allowance is deducted for a greatly reduced rent.

BHS approved, Greenhill Equitation is in a fabulous location IN Cirencester Park Gloucestershire. We have an indoor and outdoor arena, flat jumping fields in the Summer months and thousands of acres of offroad hacking just outside the gate with no road riding necessary. We have 38 stables arranged in two large barns and a few in the outer yard, all with wash areas and tack rooms, feed rooms and a lovely warm cafe that is for staff and the clients. There is a warm and modern 4 bedroomed barn conversion that is for onsite staff. The yard is neat and tidy and set in 70 acres of turnout. Well lit and functions well in the winter and summer. We cater for livery as well as a small, bespoke, very well organised approved and 5 * rated riding school for everyone with horses and ponies for novice riders to advanced.
