We are looking for a new Yard Manager to run Rectory Farm Livery which runs alongside the busy competition venue Rectory Farm Arena.

This position requires someone with the full range of equestrian skills. Firstly to lead a large team with Jenna,, to be able to lead by example. To help train apprentices. To be able to clip, plait and turnout competition horses and ponies to a high standard. They must love order, have very good time management skills and be very versatile in their approach to clients so people skills are important. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a team and horses, but also willing to run the yard according to the systems and standards already set in place. Coaching, riding and a HGV licence a bonus but not essential. Our clients range from young ,teenagers to adults and mostly like eventing and show jumping.

Accommodation available with others on site in shared house on farm. Room for one horse with excellent facilities. Good working hours.
