As an office manager you will be responsible for ensuring customers are treated with the utmost respect and receive a five-star service throughout their time with us. This role can be very demanding and very rewarding. We are looking for someone that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for customer service.
 We require someone that has at least 12 months managerial experience and is used to leading a small team. Your duties will include:

• Proceed with sales of riding courses and packages.
• Promoting of various new and seasonal products which the customer may not be aware of.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and gain loyalty, including growing our memberships
• managing a small team of staff
• Liaising with the clients and the yard staff to ensure effective customer service
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking appointments using our online booking system
• Diary management
• Managing telephones and emails
• Taking payment for services and products
• Stock management
• Keeping office area clean and tidy
• Organise and plan seasonal events for our members
• Be a point of contact for our members to ensure they always receive 5 star service

Days/ hours required to work (42.5 hours per week): Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am-6pm Saturday & Sunday 7.30am-5pm You will have a one hour lunch break each day. During school holidays you will work a Thursday and have a weekend day off.

We do not have accommodation available so you must live fairly local or have your own transport to get to us for the early starts. 
We are based in South West London. Good pay package depending on experience. Equine experience preferred but not essential. This is a permanent position.
