We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stud Manager to join our elite dressage breeding operation, home to over 200 horses including mares and foals, youngstock destined for international success. About the Role: As Stud Manager you will lead the care and daily operations of our stud, overseeing a team and ensuring the highest standards of health and wellbeing for every horse. Responsibilities include: -Managing the care of 200+ horses across all age groups -Leading and motivating a professional team -Delivering and overseeing equine first aid and wound care -Participating in a shared foaling rota for up to 30 mares -Handling and leading horses with confident, kind horsemanship -Maintaining a culture of excellence, hard work and attention to detail

What we are looking for: -Proven experience managing a large scale stud or equine facility -Strong leadership and communication skills -In-depth knowledge of equine health and welfare -Hands-on experience with foaling, youngstock and stallions. -Reliable, motivated and passionate about horses.

Requirements: -Live in Position (own apartment available onsite) -5 days per week including one weekend day -Flexibility during foaling season for overnight duties on a shared rota -Own transport essential -Must be comfortable living in a remote, rural area
