We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Groom/Rider to join our friendly, professional team at our hunt and racing yard on the edge of the Cotswolds, near Chipping Norton.
Duties include:
- Riding fit horses, a bonus if you are experienced and wanting to ride racehorses.
- Handling young horses and fit horses.
- Feeding, turning out and general yard duties.
- Turning out horses to a high standard, including clipping and plaiting.
- Bedding up once per week (no mucking out).
Requirements
You must have:
- Experience working in a professional yard.
- Confidence handling young horses and fit horses.
- A full UK driving license.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
- Work well as part of a small team.

Indoor yard of 26 stables on a country estate in the Cotswolds, close to Chipping Norton. Facilities include indoor wash bay, indoor walker, laundry and drying room, internal tack room, large outdoor all weather arena, great hacking, circular gallop, XC schooling facilities, and great turn out.
Horses include... Hunt horses, low level event horses, race horses, young horses, ponies, mares and young stock.
