A rare opportunity has arisen for a sole charge 'live in' Head Groom at our small private Dressage yard in Oxfordshire. Our world class facilities sit within 50 acres of beautiful countryside. We will provide a beautiful, private, recently built modern home, which includes a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and a large king size bedroom with en-suite. No bills to pay and excellent pay to ensure the right candidate is found. Our style is relaxed and fun but also professional with a dedication to ensuring that the horses receive the highest level of care. The right person to join our team needs to have exceptionally high standards and be passionate, up-beat, reliable and hard working. There will be opportunities to ride for the right candidate, but this isn't essential. We are looking for candidates to have previous relevant experience in competition grooming and yard management at the top level. Our current Head Groom has worked for our family for over 10 years and is moving on with our blessing to run a bigger yard where there is non live- in requirement.
