⭐️ Head girl/boy / instructor position ⭐️

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic head person to join our busy riding school, livery yard and string of showjumpers. (BHS approved)

This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of horse care and above all has a genuine love and understanding of horses.

We teach lessons of all abilities from tiny tots to adults, we have great clients and lovely horses and ponies to work with. We pride ourselves on not being a “typical” riding school. Lots of opportunities to teach aswell as working on the yard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the yard, ensuring excellent horse welfare and a well organised professional environment.

Minimum requirements - ⭐️ extensive practical experience working with horses ⭐️ confident rider ⭐️ strong knowledge of horse health and welfare ⭐️ excellent organisational and communication skills ⭐️ reliable, hard working and be able to work independently ⭐️ a positive attitude and genuine passion for horses ⭐️ be able to communicate well with clients and children ⭐️ previous experience in a management or senior yard role preferred
